E2 Forum China 2025, successfully concludes in Guangzhou, highlighting urban renewal and new opportunities for expanding into the Malaysian market

Guangzhou, 24 November 2025. In today’s rapidly evolving elevator and building technology market, industry professionals must stay ahead of the curve domestically while also exploring emerging markets. To address these priorities, following the success of Chengdu event in September, E2 Forum China 2025 Guangzhou was held on 22 October, providing a platform for the industry to exchange ideas. The Guangzhou event featured the “Elevator and Escalator Innovation Forum” as its main highlight, alongside a subforum titled “Prospects for the building electromechanical industry in Malaysia”, combining industry discussions with factory visits to offer a more well-rounded environment for communication and collaboration.

E2 Forum China 2025, Chengdu Salon concludes successfully

Chengdu, 18 November 2025. E2 Forum China 2025, Chengdu Salon was successfully held on 12 September at the Milieu Art in Chengdu. Centred around the theme of “The integration of design and smart technology in luxury residential properties”, the event explored how innovative design methods and smart technologies are transforming high-end residential projects. It aimed to create a cross-industry platform to foster collaboration among key players in architecture elevators, lighting, and smart home solutions. The event brought together over 30 leaders in luxury homes, as well as smart technology experts to discuss future trends through four in-depth keynote speeches as well as a roundtable discussion.

E2 Forum China successfully concludes in Shenzhen

Making its South China debut, E2 Forum China’s Shenzhen edition was successfully held on 25 October 2024 at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei. Focused on elevator renovation, operation and maintenance management, the event brought together 145 participants to discuss challenges and opportunities in the industry’s development. With strong support from the elevator industry in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen, the forum aimed to strengthen ties between South China’s elevator sector and related fields, creating new opportunities for innovation and growth.

The third edition of E2 Forum China wrapped up successfully in Shanghai

Shanghai, 23 July 2024. The third edition of E2 Forum China concluded successfully on 10 July 2024 in Shanghai. Revolving around elevator renovation, as well as operation and maintenance management, industry players gathered around to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the development of the elevator industry. This annual forum received wide acclaim from the industry, attracting 165 professionals to participate. The event effectively promoted the exchange of knowledge around elevator renovation and maintenance technologies, fostering the implementation of the government’s energy conservation and carbon reduction policies in the building sector.

The second edition of E2 Forum China drew to a successful close in Shanghai

The second edition of E2 Forum China concluded successfully on 20 September 2023 in Shanghai. The forum received tremendous support from key players in the industry, including leaders and pioneers in elevator and construction technology, elevator consultation and design, real estate and more. This year’s edition revolved around the theme of “Urban renewal and sustainable development”, where participants were exposed to the latest industry trends and technological advancements, helping them to explore new business opportunities. The forum attracted more than 250 professionals to participate, many of whom spoke highly of the successful hosting of E2 Forum China.

E2 Forum China explores promising prospects for urban renewal and sustainable development

The inaugural E2 Forum China was held successfully last year with much acclaim from the industry. The forum will return to Shanghai on 20 September 2023, exploring the themes of urban renewal and sustainable development. This year’s edition aims to establish a cross-industry collaboration and exchange platform, bringing together experts from industry and academia to share their ground-breaking research and insights on design planning, user experience, low-carbon energy saving, as well as operation maintenance to facilitate urban renewal and sustainable development.

The first edition of E2 Forum China concluded successfully on 20 October 2022 at Microsoft AI & IoT Insider Lab in Shanghai. Attracting over 100 visitors, the forum received strong support from industry associations, research institutes, testing and certification institutions, elevator and escalator manufacturers and distributors, real estate leaders and more. Participants agreed that E2 Forum China highlighted the latest trends for the elevator and escalator industry, providing a platform for industry players to explore innovative topics.
